Kibi Goldfields Limited herein referred to as KGL is a company incorporated in Ghana to undertake mining operations in Ghana. KGL completed the pre-feasibility study for their alluvial gold mining project at Osino in the Fanteakwa District of the Eastern Region of Ghana.KGL applied and obtained Environmental Permits in 1994 and 2002 respectively following the submission of Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The company leases concession lands from persons duly registered and accredited by the Ministry of Lands, Minerals and Forestry and Minerals Commision.

The company has leased a six-acre former Daewoo site in Osino where management and staff reside.

A well equiped office of the company, with a set of modern ICT tools, is also located at the same place.

KGL aspires to extend its business in Ghana by way of effective growth and proper management. KGL is well financed and has an effective, skilled and operationally focused management team.
